October 27, 2009

This was a warm fuzzies session.

Lee and Angie are awesome because they are in love. Today I drove to Chico to meet both of them at Bidwell Park. It was a little cold, but that didn’t stop us from getting some seriously great shots. I loved every minute of this shoot and am hoping to do some more stuff in Chico. Thanks again you guys, I had a blast!

Natalie is my cousin and I was more than excited when I asked her if she wouldn’t mind traveling for this shoot and she said YES. So we headed to Half Moon Bay, a nice little beach town about 15 minutes south of San Francisco. The day could not have been any more perfect. For starters, the weather was PERFECT. Then, when we found the beach we wanted to stop at, we discovered that it was EMPTY. Perfect weather and an entire beach to ourselves. What more could I have asked for??

Funny story about the picture  up top on the left. This pose was Natalie’s idea and when she sat down there we all started laughing. Turns out some of our best shots came while they were sitting in that pose! Sorry Nat for laughing. I’ll never underestimate my models again!

LOVE this one:

I’m not photographing their wedding, but I am taking my camera. And you know what that means! It means I wont be worried about getting the “important” shots and can get some super artsy stuff to show you. Aren’t you excited?? I am!
